“Not your average Pinot Grigio”. When crafting Onorevole Grigio we deliberately aimed to achieve a style that stood out: a tasty Pinot Grigio with more personality and more structure than ordinary but with remarkable food-friendliness and drinkability at the same time. The two concepts often collide when thinking of a Pinot Grigio, leaving a gap in between that we took our chance to try and fill in.

Tasting notes

Bright straw yellow with golden hues. This Pinot Grigio has a delicately fruited nose of ripe apple and lychee with some enticing floral notes of jasmine and elderflower and just a hint of vanilla. The palate is focused and fresh, nicely savoury with a lovely texture leading to a dry, mineral finish.

With vibrant flavors and a clean finish, this elegant Pinot Grigio is a versatile, engaging partner for many menus and occasions. Serving temperature 6 - 8 °C.
