First introduced with vintage 2020, rosé represents a brand new category in Prosecco DOC. This thrilling new release is made from a blend of 85% Glera with a 15% Pinot Noir that brings the hue, along with elegance and roundness in the tasting profile. The longer fermentation (the minimum being set to 60 days) brings layered flavours, vibrant colour, and silky bubbles to the wine.

Tasting notes

Delicate, pale peach-pink with typical notes of red berries and stone fruit. It's fresh and vibrant with bright acidity, and with a lingering perlage that is creamy on the palate.
